Scope of Services
ElderBridge India Private Limited (“ElderBridge”) is a concierge coordination platform. We facilitate bookings and purchases with trusted third-party providers for services such as groceries, medicines, cabs, health tests, doctor appointments, yoga sessions, family coordination, and house help. We do not provide medical advice, dispense medicines, or act as an emergency service.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services. Guardians may coordinate services for elders. By submitting data, you confirm its accuracy and that you are authorized to share it.
Bookings and Prescriptions

Prescription medicines require valid prescriptions per Indian law (Schedules H/H1/X).

Health tests may require ID proof.

Doctor appointments and tele-consults are handled by licensed medical practitioners; we only coordinate.
Payments
Payments are processed by licensed Payment Aggregators/Gateways in compliance with RBI regulations. For subscriptions/auto-debits, RBI e-mandate and UPI Autopay rules apply. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy of the respective third-party provider.
Communications
You consent to being contacted via WhatsApp/SMS/calls/email for service-related updates. Marketing messages will only be sent with your opt-in, and you may opt out anytime.
Responsibility

Liability
ElderBridge is not liable for outcomes of third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service concerned.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at New Delhi NCR and language as English. Courts at Delhi NCR shall have jurisdiction for interim relief.
Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ElderBridge services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
